Outreach Sender
Connect the email account you want to send outreach from. We never host or warm up inboxes — your own SMTP account sends the emails, we just store the connection details (password encrypted at rest). Adding an IMAP host lets us detect replies and auto-stop the follow-up sequence for that prospect.
Sending pace
"Send outreach" never sends more than this many in one calendar day, no matter how many are ready — protects a new sending domain from looking like a blast. The ±variance keeps the exact daily number from being identical every day.
Actual daily cap will land somewhere between 20 and 30, picked once per day.
Initial email template
Merge fields: {{domain}} {{contactName}} {{proofLine}} {{yourDomain}} {{fromName}}. Follow-up bumps use a fixed shorter template, not editable yet.
